Laura Davis

I have extensive training in domestic violence. In the past, I have worked as a domestic violence/sexual abuse crisis counselor. During this time, I provided support to victims of domestic violence through resources, safety plan, and crisis response. I have been trained in and practiced trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy since 2011. This is a treatment designed to help decrease symptoms of anxiety in those who have suffered from a traumatic experience.

I have experience in working with those who suffer from depression. My work is around developing awareness around symptoms, and triggers, and developing positive coping skills to manage symptoms of depression.

I have experience in working with those who suffer from a variety of anxiety disorders including generalized anxiety, PTSD, agoraphobia, and social anxiety.
