Cognitive Behavior Therapy continues to be a go-to method for talk-therapy. This method focuses on how our thoughts affect our behaviors. I have extensive training in this area. I have and currently teach facility groups on this modality of therapy.

I have been trained in Levels 1, 2, & 3 of Gottman Couples Method. I have utilized this method for the last 3 years to help couples gain an in depth understanding of their relationship. This method also allows me to teach the clients skills to help alleviate the problems that are taking place in the relationship.
Marital and relationship issues are one that is very near and dear to my heart. Seeking to understand my own family, I went and received training to help ailing couples and families. I have been trained to do both marital and premarital counseling. I am trained to do Gottman Couples Therapy Method and continuously seek and attend trainings to improve my knowledge of this area of expertise.

No matter who you are, you have most likely experienced depression first hand or have a family member that has dealt with feelings of depression. I have years of experience treating depression. I take pride in helping clients realize that life will go on after feelings of depression and that you have you can pull yourself from the deep crevices of depression.
Working with individuals that have Schizophrenia and Psychosis has been a huge chunk of my work as a clinician. I have a deep understanding of these disorders and I particularly enjoy working with this population. I love to help them learn new ways to cope with their symptoms and understand symptom maintenance.
