About My Clients
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker from North Florida. I received my Bachelor and Master degree of Social Work from Florida State University. I am highly proficient in working with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, emotional regulation, attention deficit, and stress related issues.
My Background and Approach
It is of the upmost importance to me to build a therapeutic bond with my clients to allow them to feel comfortable talking with me about their personal thoughts and feelings. I use creative Solution Focused techniques, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients become self-aware and realize their potential for change. I always remember that my clients are the experts in their own lives. I strive to make a difference in the lives of all I meet, and face each challenge with an empathetic demeanor.
