EMDR is a revolutionary modality, as a therapist, I have received training in EMDR completing 40 hours of training from the EMDR Institue and numerous hours of supervision. Apart from the EMDR Institue training, I have attended additional clinical training on EMDR.

I have over 4 years of experience working directly with individuals struggling with anxiety and understand how to help identify the root cause and help you build skills to work through your anxiety.
I have specialized training as a licensed marriage and family therapist to work with couple and relationship issues. I am certified in the PREPARE-ENRICH relationship curriculum, have taught university graduate-level courses on family and couples counseling and interpersonal relationships, assisted in developing, teaching, and evaluating relationships based intervention programs (e.g., dating, marriage, parenting, divorce, co-parenting after divorce), and published research on co-parenting.
