My Background and Approach
Kristy's qualifications include working with clients through struggles with anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral issues as well as peer and family relationships. During this work, her treatment focus generally stems from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Crisis Intervention, Solution Focused Therapy, and Art Therapy.
