About My Clients

Are your kiddos throwing tantrums and acting out? Is your adolescent struggling? Does it feel like your parenting life has killed your love life? Are you having difficulty communicating with your partner? Don't worry. I can help the whole fam. I'll help you regain confidence by creating boundaries, structure, and consistency and have a home more in-line with harmony. I help everyone learn better emotional understanding, expression, and freedom and get you where you all want and need to be.

My Background and Approach

I am systemically and relationally trained, which means I believe everything is connected and plays a role in your current life - your friends, family, job, finances, race, ethnicity, sex, identity, your upbringing... all the things, they all influence and make you the person you are today. And let's face it: life can be a straight up mess sometimes. Juggling all of our responsibilities, maintaining friendships, nurturing relationships, raising kind humans, and taking care of ourselves? It's hard! My main focus is to help families get it together. Whether that means helping Mama manage her anxiety, giving Papa Bear the tools to communicate more effectively, or helping your Cubs process their experiences, we will work together with a customized approach to get you all sorted out. I also have extensive crisis, trauma-informed training, and have worked with those struggling with chronic illnesses if we need more in-depth family work.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe everyone is deserving of love, kindness, compassion, and respect. Within families this can become tricky because we don't all have the same morals, values, and beliefs. As we grow older these differences can cause a divide and the basis of friendships and relationships fall to the wayside from past hurts and misunderstanding. Our political climate and social culture are also under attack, and I strongly believe if we want to change the future and the world in which we live, we have to start with ourselves first and then our own families and homes. When we work to heal and love ourselves and our families, the kindness, love, compassion, and respect trickle down and out to everyone we know. I hope to help make a larger butterfly effect in the world by starting with one person at a time, by healing heads, hearts, and homes.
