The people I work with are incredible human beings who have gone through or are currently experiencing circumstances that have forced them to disconnect from themselves in order to survive. When people work with me, they often want to explore their experiences, understand the impact on their lives, and reconnect with themselves in meaningful ways.
What I Specialize In
I specialize in processing and integrating trauma, particularly childhood and family-of-origin trauma, while exploring its impact on our identities and relationships. Let’s expand your understanding of your inner world/system, identify your needs and boundaries, practice listening to your feelings and body's messages, and discover ways to tap into joy and play again. I approach this work holistically, considering the intersections of social justice and liberation-centered care. I am committed to providing inclusive and equitable services that remind us of our humanity, imagination, and possibility. I proudly support 2SLGBTQ+ folx, people with disabilities, sex work, kink, poly, and neurodivergent communities.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I'm a queer, white, non-binary (they/them) therapist and life coach. I'm neurodivergent and live with chronic illnesses. I connect with nature, tarot + oracle card reading, art, and music to ground and find meaning during difficult times. People I've worked with shared they appreciate my candor, sense of humor, and approach to therapy. I'm passionate about abolition and not pathologizing behaviors and experiences, especially those rooted in the context of colonization and systemic oppression.
