About My Clients
I enjoy working with clients on healing childhood trauma, processing and integrating past experiences, boundaries, communication, learning to trust yourself and honor your needs, quieting the inner critic, and finding ways to tap into joy and play again. I proudly offer services that honor the needs and experiences of individuals of all gender and sexual identities, race and ethnicities, abilities, and lifestyles, including the kink, sex work, and CNM/polyamory communities.
My Background and Approach
I offer an affirming and validating space to process your feelings and experiences, whether they occurred in childhood, a few years ago, or are happening right now. Our work together might feel like talk therapy on the surface, but we’ll do more than talk. For example, we’ll identify your strengths and values and use them as anchors in your healing work. We will practice identifying your feelings, including how they feel in your body. We’ll discuss what you’ve been through and explore how those experiences impact you today. As for me, I center myself as a collaborator versus an expert and will be an active participant in our work together. I enjoy asking questions that deepen self-reflection, processing, and awareness. With all that said, our work will always be based on your individual needs and intentions for the time and space we share together.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I'm a queer, white, non-binary (they/them) therapist and trauma coach. I'm neurodivergent and live with chronic illnesses. I connect with nature, tarot + oracle card reading, artmaking, and music to ground and find meaning during difficult times. I'm passionate about creating welcoming spaces where people can explore their feelings and experiences without shame or judgment. Therapy with me will be a holistic experience that addresses the intersections between identity, social justice, and liberation-centered care.
