As a queer identifying therapist, I understand how important it is to have access to competent and affirming mental healthcare. I am proud to help provide the safe and supportive environment, with the appropriate professional training, as a Gender and Sexual/Affectional Minority (GSM) inclusive therapist. I also work collaboratively with other affirming practitioners to help along your journey.

I have personal and professional experience working with the BDSM/kink community. I work from a sex positive and affirming space.

Gender-Affirming Therapeutic Services I welcome all diverse gender identities and expressions at any stage of the journey. I will work alongside you to help provide mental health assessment and documentation requested or required for any reason, such as access to gender confirming care. I support the Informed Consent Model for care and will work as a facilitator in your process. I am willing and excited to work collaboratively with other affirming practitioners to help along your journey.

Change, emotional growth, and personal empowerment are all among the benefits of participating in an effective experiential therapy program. Because experiential therapy patients are often focused on the task or activity at hand — rather than on the therapeutic aspect of the experience — they are more likely to behave in a more unguarded and genuine manner.

Relationship therapy isn’t just for married people: cohabiting couples, people in non-monogamous relationships and LGBTQ people can also benefit. It can also be helpful for siblings dealing with family issues, or even business partners!

When working with families and intimate partners, my goals are to help foster growth in connection, understanding, and communication from a togetherness space. We can navigate a broad spectrum of challenges and develop the skills needed to work on anything from repairing fractured trust, defining healthy boundaries, healing from grief or loss, and so much more.
