My Background and Approach
Having previously worked as a Registered Nurse and now a Counselor/Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, I know the importance of providing a holistic approach — one that includes the full integration of mind, body and spiritual health. I have seen first hand the effects that stress, anxiety, depression and trauma can have on the mind and body and with nearly 20 years experience in healthcare, I have learned the tools and strategies needed to help you find comfort.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My ultimate hope is to provide the safety and security needed for you to discover (or rediscover!) your hidden strengths and resilience. I believe that everyone possesses the ability to learn and grow from life’s challenges and I would consider it a privilege to walk alongside you as you work towards health and healing.
