I help clients gain insight into the roots of their pain and use this awareness to implement skills to take better care of themselves in the present. As I work with clients, I come from a trauma informed, LGBTQ+ affirming perspective, incorporating psychodynamic and humanistic approaches as well as mindfulness and cultural humility. I am here to sit with you, unpack what you’re carrying at your pace, and support you in making your own choices about what will be most life-giving for you on your healing journey.
