About My Clients

Your anxiety is literally giving you headaches and a sick stomach, you can't remember anything, and your sleep is messed up. You hate how your body looks and feels, but you're so sick of thinking about it. You get lost in TikTok and IG, and sometimes you wonder if you should just quit social media altogether. But honestly, those reels are sometimes the only thing that can make you laugh and forget about work stress and friendship drama, and whatever childhood trauma is lurking.

My Background and Approach

I am experienced with and committed to working with adults who struggle with childhood trauma, domestic violence, sexual abuse, anxiety, depression and shame. If you're often feeling triggered or dissociated, and day-to-day life seems to be getting harder, the strengths-based, creative techniques and modalities we will use together can make a real difference.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

It's understandable that you'd be feeling apprehensive about connecting with a therapist - you might be worried about being judged or told you are too damaged to help. I can provide a safe, brave space to explore your feelings and experiences, and together we can work on a better self-understanding and real-life ways to feel better in your every day life. I am committed to decolonizing my work, and dismantling oppression inherent in the psychological field.
