My Background and Approach
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Masters of Social Work from Florida State University, Kelsey will take a holistic approach to your mental health. She believes that seeking help is a sign of strength. You will be empowered to set your own goals and work toward a more present, balanced, fulfilling life. Kelsey is trained in EMDR and utilizes IFS theory, ERP and somatic work.
