With over 20 years of experience helping clients find balance in their lives, I specialize in offering Integrative Medicine for Mental Wellness, Brain Health Coaching, CBD Consultations, Mindfulness, Clinical Hypnosis, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. We will work together to create an individualized wellness plan to meet your needs! Through Bio-Resonance Analysis we will determine the biological components that are contributing to your mental and physical symptoms. This provides critical information on how stressors are affecting your system's performance, food and environmental sensitivities, resonating toxins, molds, viruses, bacteria's, parasites, nutritional and hormonal imbalances. A wellness plan is created with recommendations of natural supplements, herbal and homeopathic remedies, lifestyle habits (sleep, movement, self-care, nutrition), and additional therapeutic approaches such as clinical hypnosis or cognitive behavioral therapy to promote whole self healing!
My Values as a Therapist
I believe that every individual can obtain balance and a healthy lifestyle that works for them. There is no "one size fits all" approach, therefore I have studied a vast variety of treatment modalities in order to provide my clients with individualized wellness plans that encourage lifelong changes. There is a strong connection between our physical and mental health. Many signs and symptoms of illness are related, which is why I have such a strong faith in a root cause approach to overall wellness. Over the years I have practiced I have seen a clear and evident need for a truly integrative approach to mental wellness. I feel it is a team effort and if clients have other practitioners they are working with I am more than happy to collaborate as needed. Poor digestion, inflammation, and your overall gut health are huge contributing factors to how your body functions both physically and mentally. The goal is to find balance and harmony!
