I am able to help those with PTSD resolve their traumatic memories so that they can find peace and healing. There are lots of people who have experienced trauma who may not fit all of the diagnostic criteria for PTDS, but who are still equally worthy of help and relief. If you find yourself re-living events of the past, please consider reaching out for help.
As a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist with almost a decade of experience in the field, you might say that eating disorders are my bread and butter (no pun intended!). I can help with every part of the eating disorder spectrum - anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, ARFID, and everything in between. If you're a chronic dieter who hates their body, I can help with that. Additionally, I really enjoy working with athletes and fitness competitors who struggle with food/body image.
EMDR is my favorite treatment modality to use with clients because of how effective it is, and how long-lasting the effects are. EMDR is a type of therapy that helps your brain process memories and experiences in a new way so that they no longer feel triggering or distressing. My clients who have done EMDR have described it as empowering and liberating.
