About My Clients
I’m a Marriage & Family Therapist providing individual therapy entirely online for people located in California. I’m passionate about supporting autistic, gifted, queer and trans adults & teens; ADHDrs; highly sensitive, intense, creative types; and those dealing with complex trauma and the impacts of childhood emotional neglect.
My Background and Approach
My therapeutic approach will be determined by your unique goals, needs, and interests. You can count on being met with compassion, respect, and a genuine interest in you and your life. It’s important to me that I show up as my authentic, fully-human self so that you can feel comfortable to do the same. We will need to meet each other to really see if we click, but I have been told that as a therapist, I am dedicated and easy to talk to.

Regardless of approach, my work is trauma-informed, non-pathologizing, queer and neurodiversity-affirming. I work from a lens of social justice and cultural humility.
