I believe that a holistic approach is essential, because everything is energy, and everything is connected. Holistic healing touches every level of our being - the body, emotions, mind, and spirit.
Coaching is an interactive process that helps you identify and achieve personal and professional goals. I utilize a holistic, solution-focused approach to help you grow and maximize your performance and success in any area of life. I'm like your personal trainer for life, taking you to the next level financially, personally and spiritually.
I utilize a cognitive behavioral framework to help you identify and challenge cognitive distortions and barriers getting in the way of reaching your goals.
My work with clients involve exploring the underlying thoughts, feelings, and related experiences associated with anxiety as well as the body’s response to stress. I use evidence-based techniques to build skills and awareness around triggers and symptoms. We will learn techniques to calm the physical stress response and reshape the body’s response to triggering events.
Loss of a loved one, loss of a pet, a health diagnosis, life transitions such as moving to a new city, ending a career, or ending a relationship can bring on manifestations of grief. I support clients by providing a safe and supportive environment to process and work through their grief and learn new ways to cope through these difficult times.
Self-care is an important way to maintain your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. Stress behaviors and illnesses can surface when we don’t take care of ourselves. I work with clients in developing a healthy self-care routine. With a proper self-care plan in place you can increase energy, improve health, gain focus, and feel more balanced.
I believe that each couple has their own unique needs, challenges and history. I help couples to explore how their individual backgrounds, beliefs, thoughts and behaviors may be impacting their relationship in both positive and negatives ways. Counseling provides a safe space for you and/or your partner to express yourself in new ways and learn foundational tools for better conflict resolution, communication and understanding.
Whether it's pervasive or situation-specific, anxiety sucks the spark from life. In my work with people with anxiety, I use cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and acceptance and commitment therapy to build skills and awareness around their triggers and symptoms.
