My clients come to therapy due to issues with their relationships with others. I help clients to improve their communication skills, boundaries, and self-care in order to improve their relationships. I assist them to focus on the strengths of their relationship and enhance their rituals of connection.
My Background and Approach
I use an eclectic approach to therapy utilizing strength and evidence-based therapies such as Bibliotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Family Therapy, Gottman Method for Couples Therapy, Mindfulness, Psycho-education, Solution Focused Therapy, as well as Supportive Therapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Relationships require work. The demands of everyday life can lead to shifting the focus away from the relationship and onto other stressors such as children, work, school, friends, and family. This leaves many relationships unattended and at risk of failure. By making the relationship a priority, you will feel more satisfaction and security in your life.
