We all need someone who can listen to us, challenge us, and be present in our emotional expressions. I hope to be that for you!

We are not static. We constantly face circumstances that force us to to explore new perspectives, identify strengths, and develop skills to move forward. Change requires a bit of loss and grief but also joy and growth.
What happens to you does not define you! You are the author of your story and you decide what the book looks like. Events and experiences can be your entire story, or they could be just a chapter, or a single sentence. I want you to own your strengths and acknowledge your own control. We are made up of a variety of thoughts, emotions, and actions. I will work beside you to explore your parts and integrate them into a unique and powerful whole.
Relationships and connection make up the majority of our lives. We crave connections but at the same time they are often the hardest spaces to navigate. Boundaries and communication become key in learning to express our need and wants. We have to learn to balance our personal needs with those connection needs in relationships.
Change is the most constant thing about us a human being. We hate it but we do it on a regular basis. Change requires that we acknowledge the past and it hurts, grieve losses and closed doors, and take active steps to building the future we want by expressing our needs
Grief is not just for another person. we grieve pets, our selves, and things. We must grieve the hopes and dreams of what could and should have been. We can then focus on how we incorporate the values of what we have lost as a way of remembering.
