With mindful and somatic centered therapy tools, we can find ways to help you reconnect with yourself and the world.
My Background and Approach
My therapy career started as an in-home intervention therapist for families in the community struggling with effects of chronic stress and trauma. Through this work, I noticed two important things: first, chronic stress and trauma affects us physically and emotionally in countless ways, and second, neurodivergent individuals experiencing these issues often struggle more due to a lack of accommodation and support. With this understanding, I decided to focus on helping particularly burnt-out or neurodivergent individuals by providing therapy tailored to their needs. The therapy space is sensory-mindful and neurodivergent-accommodating, allowing you to relax without additional stress being added. I am dedicated to creating an inclusive environment where you feel understood and supported.

I value creating an inclusive environment that respects the unique needs of every individual, as reflected in my focus on sensory-mindful accommodations. I value the importance of ensuring each client receives a personalized approach to therapy that addresses their uniqueness, because therapy is not one-size-fits-all. I am committed to being an LGBTQIA+ ally, fostering a safe and supportive space where all clients can express their authentic selves without fear of judgment or discrimination.
