I strive to help clients identify strengths and needs, increase positive skills, improve relationships, and increase self-acceptance and self-compassion. I most often utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness. My therapeutic style is strengths-based, collaborative, and compassionate.
