You are the expert of your experience, and my role as a counselor is to help you tap into your inner wisdom, build skills, feel heard, and empower you to use your strengths to build the life you want.
My approach is holistic and includes mental, physical, social and spiritual aspects. I align with CBT, Narrative, Existential and Mindfulness-based practices, and work with teens and adults on a number of presenting issues. Specific areas of focus include: anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationships, self-esteem, and body image issues.
