I am a therapist and artist. My passions include social justice, mental health advocacy, creating visual art, and sitting with brave resilient souls. I completed the Allender Center’s level 1 trauma training certificate in 2016 and received my Masters in Counseling Psychology from the Seattle School of Theology and Psychology in April 2020. I’ve always been a listener, explorer, and deep diver when it comes to being with folks and sitting with story. I love how someone’s soul can speak in so many different ways. I firmly believe we all deserve a space where we can share what’s happening in our lives and have someone bear witness to what we’ve experienced. Note: I don’t take insurance, but do offer superbills.
In our work we will take a look at present issues that might be connected to the past and check in on how that could be impacting you relationally (i.e exploring core beliefs and themes from your life, as well as what’s coming up somatically etc). We’ll follow where your mind goes, often times just being open and curious creates movement.
