I specialize in traumas such as domestic abuse, sexual violence, divorce, grief and loss. Healing from painful past and present traumas can be terrifying. I create a safe space for you to discover your peace, joy, and freedom.

My purpose is to help you work through life challenges, discover who you are by authentically implementing changes that would help you live a joy-filled happy and healthy lifestyle. I help you find balance and live an intentionally focused life centered on the things and relationships you care about. With a caring heart, and an open mind, I help you identify unhealthy thought patterns and together, you create new thought patterns and have a healthy sense of personal wellbeing.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I hail from a Ghanaian heritage with American flavoring which has enabled my work as a People Champion. My approach to therapy is heavily influenced by my Christian faith.
