I primarily treat OCD and related issues such as skin picking, hair pulling, and phobias. I completed a year-long internship at McLean Hospital's OCD Institute during my graduate program and have continued to work with clients since then.
Anxiety comes in many forms and affects everyone differently. I specialize in working with anxiety in a variety of ways such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy techniques, problem solving, coping skill building, and addressing the mind-body connection. I also enjoy helping clients process past life events that may be causing their current anxiety.
