One positive way to resume progress is to gain insight into the challenge and find a next step. Taking a step shifts perspective, enabling the discovery of yet more steps. My Background and Approach
I am a compassionate, trauma-informed listener, traveling side by side with you pointing out observations and offering suggestions based on my own life and parenting experiences, clergy training, and professional degrees. I facilitate safe exploration of thoughts and feelings into underlying causes of challenges for individuals, couples, and families.
