About My Clients
I work with tweens, teens and young adults in my office, in nature and remote. I specialize in anxiety and stress and offer non-traditional methods such as hypnosis, The Emotion Code and Ecotherapy believing that it is in a client’s best interests to go deep to the root cause of symptoms and resolve them by tapping into the unconscious mind and using the power of nature to heal. If you are not a fan of talking about your problems and want real solutions then I am the right fit for you!
My Background and Approach
I am trained in hypnosis, play therapy, breath and body work, EFT, art therapy, Ecotherapy, reiki and so much more. I use each healing modality according to each client’s interests and needs as well as allowing my intuition to guide me.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I’ve always believed that therapy should be an enjoyable experience that suits different needs. No “one size fits all” or use of the “therapy couch”. Instead I offer a variety of creative and unique healing experiences to address body, mind and spirit; tailoring each session to best suit YOU and meet you where you are on your healing journey. I practice what I preach and work on myself daily using nature, walking, meditation, reiki and so many other healing tools I can share with you. I aim to not only support you in session but also provide you with what you need to “do the work” in between sessions which is when real healing occurs.
