About My Clients

I love working with teens and adults going through difficult life transitions and stressors or looking to find their true selves. I understand how difficult it can be to open up and make changes, so I follow your lead and take things at your pace.

My Background and Approach

I follow a client centered approach and focus on providing you with a warm, safe, empathic, and non-judgemental space. I empower and support you to My practice is intersectional, inclusive, and trauma-informed. I frequently use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), harm reduction, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy, and plenty of humor and compassion. Using WPATH standards of care, I also provide assessments and letters for trans and gender-variant clients ages 16 and older who would benefit from hormone therapy and/or gender-affirming procedures. I have experience in a variety of different settings including school-based mental health counseling, crisis intervention, problem gambling treatment, HIV/AIDS prevention, and care coordination at a public hospital in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
