I want to warmly welcome you to my private practice! It is so important that you feel heard and safe throughout our work together. I will teach you skills for noticing and challenging unhelpful thoughts, responding differently to your emotions, and building more effective habits. Through increasing your insight into your personal thoughts and behaviors, you become empowered to choose new actions and skills that will work better for you. I help people reduce anxiety and manage panic by learning about how to manage these feelings of discomfort and practice grounding skills which help you feel more in control. I also work with people who have experienced trauma (childhood or relational abuse, family separation, accidents, loss) and help them cope with their triggers and process these experiences. I am a Certified Child and Adolescent Professional (CATP) and have trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
