I've been providing psychological services to children, adolescents, and adults for over a decade. I've worked in a wide variety of settings, from inpatient psychiatric hospitals and residential treatment centers to outpatient community mental health centers and a trendy group practice. I have extensive experience with individual psychotherapy, group psychotherapy, psychological assessment, research, supervision, and management.
I earned my doctorate in Clinical Psychology as well as a master's in Counseling Psychology from Adler University in Chicago. I also majored in Psychology during my undergraduate studies at Syracuse University in New York.
Through all of these experiences, I've learned that the clinical work I find most fulfilling is helping women to navigate the challenges of modern life. As a working mom living in Los Angeles, I know how busy and chaotic life can be.
