About My Clients
It can be difficult to take the first steps in finding the therapist who is right for you. I prioritize connecting with individuals to ensure that they build trust within our therapeutic relationship and within themselves. Creating an LGBTQ+ affirming, trauma-informed space is the priority of my practice. I primarily work with young adults and older adolescents.
My Background and Approach
I have experience working with gender-diverse people, as well as queer or questioning individuals. I have a person-centered approach, which means that you will identify your goals and set the pace for our work together. I utilize mindfulness-based interventions including several elements of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

I believe that uncovering your inherent strengths fosters a healing environment rooted in empowerment and self-love. I intend to walk beside you on your path to healing and self-discovery, with gentle guidance along the way.
