I have a calm, easy-going personality that tends to help clients feel more at ease quickly. I bring in aspects of mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and believe connecting with our bodies is as important as connecting with our minds.
How we talk to ourselves matters. The story we tell ourselves about ourselves matters. These things affect how we feel about ourselves, the decisions we make, and how we interact with others. Developing insight and awareness of ourselves allows us to feel more in control and make decisions that are in alignment with our authentic self. I want to help you get to know that self!
I want to work with you to help you figure out how to tackle day-to-day challenges and stressors, but I am equally interested in helping you understand and integrate your past—trauma processing, identity exploration, I'm here for it all!
