My Background and Approach
I am an interactive and integrative therapist with a goal of providing you with a stigma-free and affirming therapy experience. Areas I can help you with: anxiety and worry, panic, sleep problems, and OCD. I realize that no two people are the same and I will tailor my therapy skills to meet your specific needs. My therapy style is to provide support and practical skill-building to help you improve your emotional well being and overcome personal challenges. Everyone deserves to feel understood, cared for and accepted. I will help you recognize underlying problems, fully realize your strengths and adjust certain behaviors and thoughts to see things a different, more supportive way. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe all people deserve responsive and affirming health care. Life gives us challenges. If we have the right coping strategies and support we can find a way to overcome the pain and manage the problems that come our way. We don't have to do it alone and that is why I am a therapist. I don't want people to suffer alone without the support they need.
