My approach is primarily psychodynamic, which encourages introspection, honesty, and curiosity about how you think, feel, behave, and relate to others and to yourself. Given that early experiences and relationships can have lasting effects on our experience of and ways of relating to the world, this may involve bringing your past into our conversations to help illuminate your present. Together, we’ll pay attention to what comes up on the surface as well as what lies beneath. I believe that your background, perspective, experiences, and circumstances are unique to you and that there isn’t a one-size-fits-all fix.
