Therapy should be a safe trauma-informed space to work together on life’s impacts, and create a space of comfort that fits your unique experience and leads you to a place of learning, self-discovery, and overall wellness.I have a Masters of Social Work (MSW) with a specialization in mental health as well as a Masters (MA) in women’s studies and gender studies both from Loyola University Chicago. My undergraduate degree is in psychology with a minor in sociology from the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC).

I believe firmly in the power of connection – especially when it comes to healing. My clinical expertise fosters the therapeutic relationship as well as self-forgiveness and creates a safe, empathic, trauma-informed space for us to work together on your healing journey. I’ve been fortunate to work with a diverse and high-need population with unique backgrounds and barriers, and I know I’m able to meet clients and families where they are.
