About My Clients
Are you a teenager looking to build confidence, find your identity, and deal with life challenges? Is your family experiencing big emotions and issues relating to one another? Are you a parent wanting to connect better and communicate with your child? I will work collaboratively with your family to explore the underlying negative patterns and conflicts in your life that cause you to feel stuck. Therapy should be a safe space to explore these struggles and help you feel less alone.
My Background and Approach
I graduated with a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. I have experience providing counseling services in private practice and in community mental health settings. I have areas of interest and experience working to help resolve issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions, self-esteem, identity, grief/loss, and trauma. If you, your family, or your child struggle with these problems, there is hope for change. We all need a little extra help sometimes, and that's what I'm here for. Deciding to start therapy can be difficult and make you feel vulnerable and uncertain about the future. It's my goal to make the process as easy as possible and provide guidance and support through life's challenges. This is the first step in your journey to improve your present.
