My Background and Approach
I believe that there is hope and support for you to gain the confidence you want to have. I offer a custom approach for each of my clients. I start with understanding where you are now and the challenges you are facing. We will work together to create an evidence-based plan to help you heal and develop skills centered around your goals. I will provide a safe, supportive space and offer virtual appointments to suit your schedule. I specialize in reproductive and perinatal mental health. This includes topics of infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, birth trauma and loss. I hold a perinatal mental health certification with Postpartum Support International and have advanced training on the impacts of infertility and mental health. I am trained in EMDR which brings focus to the mind-body connection. I utilize other evidenced based modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness.

I honor the courage it takes to ask for help and recognize that each person has their own unique needs in their perinatal or parenting journey.
