I am a feminist, relational, narrative, ACT, and IFS therapist working with individuals, couples, and groups.
Therapist in Pittsburgh, PA
Supervised by Amy Isaac, LPC
Each client is unique, and there is not a "one size fits all" approach to doing therapy. I will work with you to realize what helps YOU.
Communication is a number one concern in the couples I treat. I draw from Gottman and ACT when working with couples and helping them to reconnect and/or strengthen their bond.
I work with many people who are at a point in their life where something big needs to change. I will work with you to embrace these transitions and help you to come to peace with the things that are distressing you.
I work to empower my clients so that they are able to realize their own wants and needs, and to be able to stand on their own and live the life they deserve.
I am proud to work with LGBTQIA+ clients regularly. I offer affirming and respectful care to the LGBTQIA+/Queer community.
I have led a body image support group. I have both lived and clinical experience working with issues related to body image. I love to help people learn to befriend their bodies.
