About My Clients

My clients are typically adolescents and young adults between the ages of 12 and 35 who experience a variety of concerns, especially anxiety, depression, and traumatic experiences such as sexual assault or abuse. Beginning therapy can be daunting, but I believe it is a brave choice and an opportunity to provide yourself with care and support!

My Background and Approach

I earned my PhD at UC Berkeley and trained in elementary schools, high schools, college counseling centers, and clinics in California and Connecticut. As a therapist, I strive to provide a comfortable, non-judgmental, and empathic therapeutic environment that allows clients to gain insight, learn effective coping strategies, and promote positive, lasting change. In addition to therapy, I also specialize in providing diagnostic and psycho-educational assessments of children and adults in the areas of learning, socio-emotional functioning, attention/executive functioning, and memory.
