I enjoy working with trauma, relationship issues, addictions, anxiety/panic, depression/grief and codependency. I work with adults, couples, children, and therapists.
My Background and Approach
I excel at helping my clients achieve deep lasting change. Clients regularly tell me they have never had therapy be so successful before. You are likely angry, numb, depressed, afraid, or simply not sure what is going on with you. I am open, sensitive, and calming while I work to meet you where you are. I provide a safe and non-judgmental environment for you to be yourself and to explore more of who you are. I am eclectic in my approach. My go-to model is one that teaches you how to provide healing to yourself through its meditative qualities. This therapy model is called IFS (Internal Family Systems). I say yes to challenge and help you achieve greater levels of internal peace and life satisfaction. If you have had difficulty finding a safe, relaxed space in therapy before, then you should definitely give this a try. I love this job and look forward to working with you.
