My Background and Approach
I enjoy working with individuals and couples to treat a variety of issues to include trauma, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, stress-management, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I also have extensive training in the foster care and adoption system and can assist individual work through the various complexities that come with those experiences. Along with other treatment modalities, I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. I offer flexible session hours to include morning and late afternoon appointments.
