Whatever you are feeling is valid. I'm ready to listen and give you space to work out a plan to address what's bothering you. The skills you will learn from me are based on my training in CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) and mindfulness practices. I can help you learn body based interventions and breath work practices that will ease your symptoms and help you find stronger footing in wellbeing. My goal for you is to find the balance you need and the tools that will give you relief when you are stressed and strength to live your best life. Together we'll collaborate on a plan that suits your needs and desires and help you reach your goals.
