I like to begin with working on the crisis that brought you into my office. As the crisis calms down I like to work on the other stressors in your life. I offer early morning online sessions (i.e. 6am) and late night online sessions (i.e. 8:30pm). I have twelve years of experience in treating a variety of issues, including marital/couple's issues, depression, anxiety, crisis intervention, anger management, grief counseling, and trauma (military and non-military incidents).
