Thoughts and emotions are the underlying forces behind all of our actions. Most often, we are unaware of those thoughts and how they impact the way we go through life and how we interact with others. By learning to identify unhealthy thinking and interactions with others, true change can be made leading to a more satisfying and fulfilling life. This is especially helpful for living with ADD/ADHD and anxiety.
With so many distractions in life, it is easy to lose sight of living in the moment. Mindfulness and meditation are tools I use to help people bring calm back into their lives, increase focus and enjoy living in the present instead of regretting the past or worrying about the future. I teach simple techniques which are easy to incorporate into your day to day living that will help reduce stress and create opportunities for proactively renewing yourself and your energy.
Your role within the family you are born into, or that of adult life, can be difficult to see with objectivity. I help people see how their functioning may be helping or hurting them, and find ways to build on their strengths and learn new approaches. Learning to see what is underlying your interactions with others can help build stronger relationships and help develop ways of supporting each other more effectively.

Breast feed or bottle feed, co-sleep or use a crib, how to talk to your teen? SO many choices to consider when your little one is, well, little, and beyond those years. And why do they think they know more about what’s best for your baby than you? Being a mom is one of the best and the hardest things you will ever do.
