About My Clients
I serve adolescents, adults, and couples who are struggling with addiction and mental health disorders. My door is open to all regardless of sexual orientation, religion, or ethnicity. I am licensed to serve clients in Virginia and Idaho. I want to help you experience your own regenesis today.
My Background and Approach
From early on in my practice, I became aware of the impact of differences in perception and became interested in how our perspectives go on to shape our thoughts, choices, actions, and ultimately determine our successes and our failures. This insight pushed me to become a therapist. I use a focus of evidenced based interventions to help you develop insight into the emotional environment in which you live your life and determine what exactly is holding you back from moving forward. This approach allows you to identify specific changes in thinking and ultimately transcend depression, anxiety and stress to live an abundant life of joy and growth.
