About My Clients
Are you struggling with work or your relationship? What about struggling with being a new mom, or infertility? I am specially trained to assist families during the pre and postnatal process. I am also trained to assist individuals or couples struggling in their relationship. Even though these areas are my specialty, I also work with individuals who experience a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, women's issues, grief and loss, and career burnout.
My Background and Approach
I utilize a person centered approach and meet you where you are. Together, we come up with a plan to best assist your situation. I use a number of therapeutic modalities including, but not limited to, supportive therapy, a strength based approach, motivational interviewing, and solution focused approach. Deciding to start therapy is a hard decision, but you are making the important first step. I will provide a safe, nonjudgemental space, while we work together to get to a place of healing. This journey may not be an easy one, but we will work together to develop the tools and skills you need to be a better you.
