The problems that impact us, whether anxiety, depression, or stress, are often woven into the fabric of our lives. I work with people struggling with a wide variety of concerns, because at the end of the day, your struggle is unique to you - how it impacts you, your relationships, and your well-being. An individualized treatment plan is the best way, I believe, to help you change, heal, and move forward.
My Background and Approach
I have a Master's in Forensic Psychology and have experience and expertise working with many different people and issues. At my core I am a traditional psychotherapist, which means that I don't prescribe to one specific modality and apply it to all my clients. I believe in getting to know the person in front of me, observing the patterns and behaviors that you find distressing, and collaborating to create lasting change towards sustainable wellness.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am passionate about understanding what it means to be human and offering support for when things get tough - life can be quite difficult and we aren't always as prepared as we would like to be for the curveballs. Sometimes that means we turn to alcohol or drugs to help us cope, or we avoid close relationships for fear of being hurt, or we let the judgments and beliefs of other people become an inner voice of self-loathing that results in depression, anxiety, or suicidal thoughts; or we may yet strive for perfection at the cost of all else or put on a brave face for the world all the while feeling like we're drowning inside. We are complex people that hold many thoughts, movements, beliefs, and identities all at once. If it matters to you then it matters to me.
