Licensed Professional Counselor in Phoenix, AZ

About My Clients

I work with adults and older adults, couples, and poly systems. I specialize in trauma-focused depth work with neurodivergent people, LGBTQ+ people, poly and ENM people, kink and BDSM practitioners, people experiencing complex trauma, and intersectional identity exploration. To better serve the trans community, I also provide $60 gender confirmation letter evaluations with a trans affirming informed-consent approach without requiring ongoing therapy.

My Background and Approach

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor focused on trauma healing, identity exploration, navigating oppression, relationship growth, and deep processing for self understanding and flourishing. I have specialized training in trauma-aware therapy and LGBTQ+ -affirmative care. I believe the therapy relationship is the heart of the therapy process. Creating safety together provides the foundation for you to create your own safety and to evaluate safety in your relationships with others. I view therapy as a collaborative process of equals. You are the expert in yourself, and even though you may not have the answers you want yet, you are the only one who can decide what those answers will be. My commitment to you: I will hold space for you without expectations of who you “should” be or what is “healthy” to do. I am authentically myself with you, not to show you how to live, but to provide an experiential model for creating safety so you can make space for yourself.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

In line with my therapy orientations, I choose not to disclose any community membership, identity labels, personal information, or private beliefs. I do make a commitment to you to provide a safe environment to be yourself in the fullness of your lived experience. Human dignity and social justice go beyond personal viewpoints. I affirm and support the Black Lives Matter movement, the womanist and intersectional feminist movements, economic justice, queer and trans rights, and the neurodivergent community.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
