There are so many dynamics that make up your beliefs, values and perceptions. In turn, you bring your own unique strengths and challenges. I believe you are the expert in your life and I will work alongside you to achieve whatever goals you decide as a priority.
Beginning therapy can be scary, especially if this is a clients first time and they are unsure of what they should expect. Therapy is a safe space to navigate any current concerns through open communication. My goal is for every client to feel safe, accepted and to know that I will never pass judgement.
