My Background and Approach
I help people improve their self esteem, and work towards self-acceptance and personal growth. I walk alongside clients in their path of emotional healing and self discovery. I utilize a client center and culturally sensitive approach to help clients work towards their goals, support them in the process, while also holding them accountable. My approach includes Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Experiential Therapy, and Attachment-based Therapy.
