About My Clients
Life is full of inevitable difficulties, and how you approach them matters. In sessions, I apply my cultural background, education, and experiences with trauma-informed care to create my own unique philosophy in helping others; the main pillar of that philosophy being self-awareness. I serve ages 12+ via Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Art Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based therapeutic approaches to help maximize your therapeutic experience.
My Background and Approach
I earned my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Northern Colorado. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado and have been working in counseling since 2017. I often work with people (ages 12+) who want to address anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief/loss, and trauma/PTSD-related topics.
